Why do I need The Pride of Taern Knowledge Calculator?

The Pride of Taern Knowledge Calculator will allow you, without any unnecessary features, to calculate the amount of knowledge you need on a given character level to use your abilities with the right number of AP. The calculator also includes knowledge (difficulty) tables that will let you know how difficult each ability is.

How do I use The Pride of Taern Knowledge Calculator?

Using the calculator is very simple. Just fill out the form above with:

1. The class you want to add the skills and attributes to (the Choose Your Class field).
2. The level for which you want to make calculations (the Character Level field).
3. Click Submit.

After the above steps are complete, you will see the calculator with a list of abilities for the chosen class. Only abilities that require knowledge be used (those with difficulty) will be shown. To see the knowledge required for a given ability you need to level it up (using the plus and minus buttons). After you set the right level, the expanded ability tooltip will show you how much knowledge you need for various AP numbers.
